Chris’s favorite part of a day is when he gets to suit up in his Tyvek coveralls and respirator and squeeze into a low-clearance space to inspect the dark underbelly of a house. This is where he truly gets to see the history and condition. Often, a home has been beautified on the inside, but it may have been neglected in the area where it really counts – the infrastructure. Chris will inspect any accessible attic, crawlspace, plumbing access, or hidden closet that may offer insight into the whole overall condition of a property, which is one of the reasons that we only do one inspection per day. This level of commitment takes time
